Paris - 06 mai 2015: IBM (NYSE: IBM) a accueilli hier 1200 startups, universités, partenaires, développeurs, clients, journalistes et analystes lors de son symposium mondial dédié à Watson au Duggal Greenhouse à New York, axé sur les nombreuses façons dont l’informatique cognitif impacte les entreprises.

Lors de cet événement, IBM a dévoilé une série d’annonces qui illustrent les nouvelles fonctionnalités de Watson, son implication dans le domaine de la santé ainsi que les initiatives à destination de son écosystème :

• Watson Hybride en mode Cloud : permet  aux entreprises de relier leurs données d'entreprises avec les applications cognitives qu’elles développent sur la plateforme Watson, ce qui leur permettra d'obtenir rapidement de meilleures informations business.
   
• Ecosystem Momentum : IBM va étendre ses dernières innovations Watson mises sur le marché par ses partenaires commerciaux,  ainsi que ses clients principaux autour des applications Watson, mais également de nouveaux services et partenariats qui sont utilisés pour faire bénéficier de nouvelles industries de la puissance de Watson.
   
• Génomique : dans la foulée du récent lancement de Watson Health qui permet l’amélioration des soins administrés au patient, IBM annoncera 14 nouveaux partenariats avec des instituts contre le cancer, ce qui fait de Watson le premier à pouvoir interpréter de façon rapide l’ADN pour le traitement personnalisés des patients.
   
• Epic Partnership : IBM collabore avec Epic pour intégrer Watson dans son system EHR (Electronic Health Record) qui permet d’identifier et faire rapidement correspondre les patients admissibles aux essais cliniques appropriés
